Unfortunately, perishable goods such as cakes and muffins cannot be returned.
If you are unhappy with the condition of a food product that you receive from us following an online purchase then please get in touch with us immediately using our contact form with full feedback, order details and attached pictures of the product you received.
Please be aware that our team will need to see pictures of any damage caused to a cake in order to look into this further.
Our team will raise all feedback with our bakery team and DPD Local. If you are approved for a refund, then this will be processed for you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Our refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on who you bank with.
If you have not received your refund within 5 working days then please first get in touch with your bank account, then your card company. Refunds can sometimes take longer than 5 working days due to processing time.
If your item was gifted to you but you are unhappy with the product you received, you will need to request for the original purchaser to get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss order details with anyone other than the original purchaser.
